Donald J. Fiechter, age 44, is a leading force behind the creation of Native Lands Lottery™, the first national Indian lottery to compete directly against state-run institutions. Since 2011, Donald has led the full development of a legalized, turn-key lottery system for American Indian tribes. Donald has been licensed by Indian Tribes as well as the West Virginia State Lottery as an approved manufacturer.

For almost two decades Donald has been involved in innovating gaming operations, with 20 years of experience in Indian Gaming. His gaming career began in 1991 when he ran bingo for the Seminole Tribe of Florida. Donald then established a bingo operation to support the Children’s Hospital Network of Colombia in Bogota, Colombia. Later that same year the National Lottery Corporation in Colombia wanted to acquire not only the bingo network, but also the operational expertise that made it more profitable than their state-run institution. In 1995, Donald leveraged his relationship with a national bingo supplier to enter into an agreement with the Seminole Tribe to place Class II video gaming equipment on the Brighton Reservation. Later that year, Donald partnered with Paul R. Moriarity and created World Touch Gaming, Inc. World Touch supplied tribes across the country with Class II & Class III gaming equipment, allowing tribes for the first time in their history to have economic independence from the U.S. government.

As a co-founder of the Company and based on his significant industry knowledge and experience, Donald provides essential insight and guidance to the Board from an inside perspective regarding our business and operations.
